Founded in 2007, Estate Weddings and Events specializes in the management of luxury private estates across the U.S. for short-term rentals including filming, group travel, weddings and events.
Estate Weddings and Events currently offers luxury private home rentals primarily in the southern California area. Dedicated to providing clients with unique venues that can not be found anywhere else, Estate Weddings and Events upholds extremely high standards of service to our valued clients.
We offer a diverse and expansive location library from which to find the most exclusive event or vacation venues, along with “event friendly” location owners. Rather than spend the latter half of your afternoon perusing the aisles of various websites that claim to offer seamless event locations, no other company ensures this quite like we do.
We are a full-service estate management company. What this means is every estate you see here is exclusively managed by EWE and was hand selected. Each property must meet the EWE Standard of Excellence.
Our team provides you or your company a full turnkey service including: complete on-site management and event planning (at your request) – all at a one-of-a-kind estate.

Angie has over 10 years of experience in the wedding and event industry, having owned her own wedding planning and coordination boutique. Her passion for working with people and love for crafting unique celebrations led her to the wedding and event industry.
Annie’s greatest passion is making sure people are seen, known, and loved. With over 15 years of Marketing experience, in several different industries and wearing every hat imaginable along her journey, Annie ensures to do her job thoroughly, with purpose, and with positivity.
Claire Lewis will often be the first person to greet you and answer any questions you may have about planning your estate event. Her friendly and personable demeanor takes you through all parts of the process, from scheduling your first estate visit to executing your vision on the day of your event.

Jamie is the Co-Founder and President of Estate Weddings and Events. Jamie and EWE have been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Union Tribune, The Baltimore Sun, Rue Magazine, Grace Ormonde, Style Me Pretty, WE TV, Bravo, Premier Homes, and many other publications.
Luke is the Co-Founder of Estate Weddings and Events and Venuelust. With two degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Statistics from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Luke is a huge asset and our very own SEO guru.
With more than five years of event planning experience and having gone through the estate wedding process herself, Taryn brings both sides of the wedding equation together. Taryn is no stranger to coordinating large-scale events such as Vogue Fashion Shows, Golden Globe parties, Premiere Wine Auctions, and the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.

* Where do you offer venue management?
Estate currently offers Full Service Management in Southern California and Northern California. If you have a property outside of these areas and are in need of a venue manager, just give us a call and we may have a recommendation for you.
* What services do you provide?
To start, we create a personalized website page for your estate as well as marketing materials to advertise your home. We provide all administrative support from the initial phone call, to scheduling appointments, proposal/contract development, insurance, handling security deposits, as well as provide on site staff on the day of the event. We act on your behalf to ensure your home is returned to you in the same condition as you left it!
