Everyone is looking for something different, something to set their event apart from the rest. There have always been traditional photo booths, and a dozen different spin offs. Then of course there’s DJ’s and live bands, and all of these things are great. With the right combination they can be a lot of fun. However many feel these reception or party “Boosters” have been played out. People are on the lookout for something else, and that’s where we come in.
The Details Slow Motion Booth is a highly unique entertainment experience, elevating your Reception or party from average to legendary. We can guarantee this experience is unlike any you’ve had before at a wedding reception or event.
We combine the latest slow motion technology with music, lights, and a high- energy production team of editors, cameramen and motivators. We specialize in crafting one-of-a-kind party experiences that set your event apart. Our goal is to give you and your guest and experience they won’t soon forget. Imagine stepping into what feels like a brightly lit movie studio, you and your friends, drink in hand, look to your left to see a wide array of props, from wigs, swords, sunglasses, hats, super hero costumes, and a plethora of animal masks. You pick your props, and when the camera man yells action you experience 9 seconds of complete and utter madness – swords clash, foxes bang their heads to death metal, the hulk does the Charleston, and a man who might be friend but is dressed like a 1970s pimp simply stares at the camera while his companions melt into a fast paced frenzy.
Then just like that its over, you walk out of the both, laughing at how silly that was until you see that outside the booth, there are 150 people surrounding you, only they’re not looking at you, their eyes are glued to the screen above you. Their mouths are gaping, there are tears streaming, people holding their stomachs as if they’ve been sucker punched. Then you hear it, a blast of laughter that hits you like that time you left the volume on your car stereo turned to 30 and forgot to turn it down when you got home. You turn, to see you, the pimp, the hulk, some foxes, and a swordsmen, all doing the most ridiculous things, very slowly.
You can’t pinpoint exactly why its so entrancing, why it captures your attention, or why, you find yourself heading back into the booth for the 15th time that night. Maybe it’s the fact that people seem to love watching you on TV in slow- motion, maybe it’s how many times your twitter post of the video has been shared, maybe you’ve had one cocktail to many, or perhaps, just maybe, you’ve had the most fun you’ve had in years. Maybe you’re feeling like all these years of weddings, and events, and parties, have never quite lived up to your expectations, until tonight. You’re still partying, your still feeling the exhaustion and exhilaration of a good time in one moment, but its different, its slower. And somehow that makes it the best party you’ve ever been to, somehow that’s the best way to party, like how we party, slowly.
